Great for first-time students and seasoned practitioners, this class will focus on breathwork, slow/gentle movements and nervous-system regulation. Breathe in and allow the serene outdoor setting to bring you into relaxation and rejuvenation.
Chairs and props will be provided, but please bring your own mat (towel/blanket) as mats are limited and any additional support you may need. Wear comfortable clothing and sun protection, and bring a water bottle.
